If your blog post's featured images are fairly low resolution, you may want to delete the top image canvas. Your blog will still look gorgeous, but the top banner section looks best when you upload an image that's 2500px on the long side. You can also use our fave TinyJpeg to make them small so your blog posts still load quickly!

BEHIND THE LENS

MEET ELLEN

I grew up in Vermont and now call Boston home, but I'll always feel most like myself outdoors.

Whether I'm hiking, skiing, spending a long weekend along the shores of Lake Champlain, or returning to Maine with my family each summer, those are the places where I recharge.
Before becoming a full-time photographer, I spent years teaching middle school. Looking back, I think that's where I learned the skill that matters most in this work: helping people feel comfortable enough to simply be themselves.

When I'm not photographing weddings, you'll find me planning my next trip to France, getting lost in a good book, cheering on the Boston Bruins, spending time with my family, or wishing I were finally in the right season of life to bring home a dog.
